Food waste generation is an increasing issue, and the disposal of it controversial. It raises food prices, municipal solid contains 8.4% by weight. The current study generates a pilot plant for converting to biogas production as energy source tremendous paths. present work deals with effect mixing on from in pilot-scale digesters. A propeller agitator was employed anaerobic digester. Multiple experimental trials were addressed optimize parameters participating process semi-continuous operation at mesophilic conditions.
